Suit called. Learned counsel for plaintiff called present and submitted copy of newspaper daily Express Karachi dated.31.10.025 & along with statement in compliance of the order dated 20.10.2025 wherein plaintiff was directed to get the service against the defendants No.2,3,4&5 through publication. However no one appeared from defendant no.1. Advocate Manzoor Ahmed is present and filed vakalatnama along with vakalatnama verification on behalf of defendant no.2 to 5. Consequently, service is held good against the defendants No.1,2,3,4&5.
