This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Aamir Ali Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Saeed Ahmed son of Haji Manzoor Ahmed Gopang in Crime No.05/2026 of PS Khabar for offence U/S 324,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 14.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
