This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jahanzeb Sasoli Brohi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Rasheed Ahmed son of Ghulam Muhammad by caste Bujrani Magsi in Crime No.51/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 489-F,406,420 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- (Rupees five lacs only ) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to .04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
