R & Ps of instant case received by this Court from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to the law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. All the accused accused namely Abdul Shakoor, Tarique Hussain and Irfan are absconders and already declared as P.Os.
