Mr. Abdul Hameed Chachar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Gulsher. Order. Notice to DDPP, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.13. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.14 that accused Gulsher son of Ali Madad @ Badlo Jafferi is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. Accused is produced in custody through video link, he is remanded back along with acquittal intimation, with direction to jail authority to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
