Final challan/two separate charge sheet in crime No:20/2026, U/S 382, 337-H(ii), 34 PPC of P.S Diplo, put up before undersigned. Major accused Mashooque S/o Ibrahim Lund, r/o Faqeer Muhammad Lund & Allah Dino S/o Muhammad, Lund, R/o Darya Khan Lund, Taluka Kaloi and Juvenile offender Asif S/o Noor Muhammad by caste Mahar, r/o village Khoruro, Taluka Diplo, as per B form age of minor is about 17 years are present on bail. I.O is present. Heard I.O & perused the relevant papers. Order passed on both challan sheet. Final Challan accepted, cognizance taken against all accused persons as per challan sheet. Let the case be registered against accused persons. Office is directed to register case against minor with separate number as JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM. Photo copies of police papers supplied to present all accused persons at Exh.01. As the accused Asif S/o Noor Muhammad by caste Mahar is Juvenile offender and this Court has no jurisdiction try the juvenile cases, therefore, reference be made to Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi for transferring the same to the Court having jurisdictions. As the case of above named major accused /main case & the case of Juvenile offender is no same facts & connected cases, therefore, the reference also be made in main case is order to avoid conflicting judgment or complication at the time of its final disposal. Now put off to.....09.06.2026, for proceeding/charge/receiving of reference order. |
