P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto, Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Hassan Ali son of Ali Gohar @ Rahib Khoso, in crime No.133/2025 of PS Warrah for the offence under section 9(i), (I), (b) CNSA. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
