Criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C called. Mr. Adam Khan Rajar learned advocate for applicant /accused namely Muhammad Umer is present. Order passed on it. Surety accepted. Issue release writ with direction to applicant/accused to appear before trial court, when and where required.
