Proclamation u/s 88 Cr.PC issued against absconding accused and report u/s 88 Cr PC received from Mukhtiarkar Ghtki vide his office Letter N0.SR/-702/2026 dated.26.03.2026, it shows, that accused does not possess any immoveable property and placed on record at Ex???3. Order passed on it. Absconding accused is declared as Proclaimed offender. Let the case of absconding/ Proclaimed offender accused be proceeded u/s 512 Cr.P.C in his absentia. Issue letter to NADRA for blocking the CNIC, and letter to state Bank of Pakistan to seal the Account of absconding/proclaimed offender accused person, namely Saeed Ahmd@Panjoo, if any.
