This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Azhar Ali Kalhoro advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ghulam Ali son of Imdad Hussain by caste Magsi in Crime No.21/2019 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence U/S 302,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
