Case called. Accused Ahmed Khan is called absent without any intimation or application. Mr. Jamaluddin Baladi ADPP for state and Mr. Bashir Ahmed Shiakh defence counsel for accused are present. Surety Ghulam Nabi appeared and stated that both accused are not in his contract, their whereabouts are also not known to him so he cannot produce them and the amount of surety was also arranged by accused themselves, and he was only acted as proforma surety on humanity grounds as such he has nothing to reply as surety amount may be forfeited as per law. The learned defence counsel also witnessed his version in open Court he also stated that whereabouts of accused is not known to him and after their release on bail they shifted to unknown place. Bail penalty of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three hundred thousand) stands imposed upon surety. So, office is directed to send saving certificates of surety along with a letter to Accountant District & Sessions Court, Sanghar for encashment and deposit in relevant head/account such as per law and rules. Process server ASI Aziz Ahmed appeared on behalf of SHO PS Sinjhoro and returned NBW against absconders Noor Muhammad and Ahmed Khan who according to local inspection and statements of local persons shifted to unknown place from District Sanghar and therefore they are not traceable. Let proceedings in terms of section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C be initiated against them. Endorsements furnished by process server are taken on record. By consent case is adjourned.
