The application is allowed on the condition that the applicant deposits 25% of the valution of the suit property in the form of pay-order with the Nazir within seven days of this order, and pays the remaining 75% within 15 days, failing which the permission shall stand revoked, and upon compliance the applicant shall be permitted to participate in the public auction to be conducted by the Nazir and may bid for the suit property in that auction, and all co-sharers are at liberty to bid in the said auction, with the Nazir conducting the auction in accordance with law, ensuring transparency and fairness, and the parties shall bear their own costs. Now the matter is listed on 14.10.2025 for depositing 25% of the total amount made by the applicant/defendant No.1. Matter put up to 14.10.2025. |
