Case called. Accused Mehar @ Ashraf is present on bail and submitted to keep the agid the matter for framing of charge and production of bail order at second call. Accused Jinsar jumped the bail and has already been declared as proclaimed offender. Accused Sahib Dino and Ashraf have also been declared as proclaimed offenders. ADPP for the State is present. On second call, the accused Mehar @ Ashraf called absent, seen to have absconded away, where as one Asif Ali s/o Ajeeb Jatoi (surety of accused) is appeared and filed application. Order on it. The surety to produce the accused in court, whereby, issue notice to accused for present application, call surety papers from the concerned Court granted bail and accused be produced by surety. Put off to 13.10.2026 for framing of charge. Office to issue NBW against accused and call surety papers. ??? |
