One Surety namely Bhai Khan Mahar S/O Faiz Muhammad appeared and stood surety for accused No: 05 & 06 namely Allah Bux and Deedar by keeping the Documents viz: Original Special Savings Certificates No: HF-104726 & HF-104727 of Rs: 50,000/- each. Both sureties are present. Order passed upon the both sureties, sureties of the accused hereby accepted. Case put off to: 30.07.2026, for supply of copies to accused. Issue NBW against both remaining accused No: 03 & 04 namely Zulfiqaur and Waqar through SHO Concerned. Present four accused are directed to attend. |
