Report is received from police and applicant and her Cousnel are present. Mr Prince Ali Memon counsel is present and submit vakaltnama for proposed accused Wasim, Danish, Noman, Zafar and proposed accused are present and heard the arguments both sidr. Order passed in court. SHO Concerned is directed maintain the peace within their jurisdiction and provide necessary protection to the applicant/petitioner without prejudicing her life & liberty, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that this order shall not affect any enquiry, complaint, investigation, suit or trial in which if the applicant/ petitioner is party or would be a party that shall be decided on merit in accordance with law. Application in hand disposed of accordingly. |
