This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Shahid Hussain son of Basar Khan, 02-Saddam @ Qado son of Meer Hassan, 03-Asadullah son of Muhammd Punhal all by caste Kalhoro, in Crime No.15/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence U/S 506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 14.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
