Matter called. Plaintiff and their learned counsel are called absent. Order passed on separate order sheet. The perusal of Board Diary of Additional Registrar (O.S) of the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh dated 15.09.2022 shows that since 2019 plaintiff is being repeatedly directed to get the process issued whereas vie court order dated 14.03.2019 plaintiff was also directed to file fresh address but despite lapse of sufficient period plaintiff has failed to comply the directions. In these circumstances, matter of defendant No.1 is referred to court for non-prosecution while matter of defendant No.2 is referred to court for ex-parte orders. The matter was received by Hon???ble High Court on Administrative Ground. On 18.08.2025, 09.09.2025 and 01.10.2025 and today i.e. 28.10.2025 the matter was fixed for same purpose. It shows that the plaintiffs have lost their interest to proceed the matter. In view of upshot circumstances and reasons, I have no other alternate but to dismiss the present suit in non-prosecution. Order accordingly. |
