A.B.A called. Applicant/accused are called absent. Today the instant bail application is fixed for hearing. The complainant and her counsel are present. The learned ADPP for the state is present. Both applicants/accused and their counsel are repeatedly called absent without any intimation or application, which shows that applicants/accused have lost their interest to proceed the matter and chose to remain absent, hence, due to their absence without any intimation, the interim pre-arrest bail earlier granted to applicants/accused vide order dated 15.04.2026 is hereby recalled and instant bail application is hereby dismissed in non-prosecution and in default and surety stand discharged. |
