Case called. Accused Nadeem, Asif, Kashif and Jawed are present. The accused Asif is on interim pre arrest bail. His bail application as previously allowed vide order dated 09.01.2020, thereafter charge was framed against him on 20.11.2020, thereafter the accused Asif absconded away and declared proclaimed offender. Thereafter, another present accused Jawed got the bail from this court and amended charge was framed on 20.11.2024. Thereafter, no single PW was examined. Now the same accused Asif got the interim pre arrest bail and today his bail application is argued for confirmation or otherwise. The complainant namely Bashir Ahmed is present who put his no objection on the bail application of accused Asif. Heard and order passed on bail application.
