Order for consolidation of Guardian Application passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. Both Guardian Application No.42/2025 (Mst. Samreen v. Fawad Alam) and Guardian Application No.17/2025 (Fawad Alam v. Mst. Samreen) are hereby consolidated. For administrative convenience, Guardian Application No.42/2025 shall be treated as the main file, and all further proceedings, evidence, interim orders and final adjudication shall be conducted and recorded therein. The office is directed to tag the entire record of Guardian Application No.17/2025 with Guardian Application No.42/2025 and ensure that both files remain jointly listed for all future dates. Applications u/s. 12 of G & W Act are pending in G & W Application No.42/2025 and G & W 17/2025 are hereby disposed of by passing consolidated order. Both Section 12 applications seeking interim custody changes are declined at this stage. To ensure that the minors retain meaningful contact with both parents, both parents are granted interim visitation rights. The mother and father shall each be entitled to meet with the minors presently residing with the opposite party on every first Saturday and every third Saturday of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. at the Guardian Court Visitation Room within the Court premises however both the parties shall bear their own fare expenses due to exchange meeting. Applicant for recording statements of the minors is disposed of. Order passed, respondent is directed to produce the minor on next date of hearing for recording their statements. By mutual consent, G & W adjourned to 22.12.2025 for framing of consolidated issues. Both parties are directed to attend. Respondent is also directed to produce the minors for recording their statements. |
