The suit was called at 0845 hours, however; none was present from both sides. In the interest of justice, the matter was kept aside for second call at 1015 hours. At 1015 hours, the position remained same and the matter was kept aside for third call at 1130 hours. At 1130 hours, matter called, whereupon, defendant No.1/special attorney of remaining private defendants along with his witness namely Haroon & his counsel were present.
