This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Safdar Ali Kalhoro advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muharram Ali son of Sher Muhammad, 02-Khalil Ahmed son of Muharram Ali both by caste Gopang, in Crime No.29/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 324,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
