Heard the arguments both side. Order passed in court. This application is allowed and applicant/accused named above is admitted to bail subject of furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Accused is directed to attend the trial as and when required without fail. If concession of bail is misused, the same shall be cancelled, accordingly |
