Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to .04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
