As per record matter pertaining to the year 2023 and issues were framed by this court on 03.09.2024, whereas the evidence side of plaintiff has been closed even defendants did not bother to conduct cross examination the evidence of plaintiff and their right was debarred due to their deliberate absence vide order of this court dated: 14.05.2026 and matter was being adjourned since 18.05.2026 for defendants evidence for last (04) consecutive dates, but the attitude of defendants seems reluctant to complete their evidence, hence their evidence side closed as suo-moto vide order of this court.
