Cr. Misc application called. Applicant and his counsel are present. Learned ADPP for the State is present. Report already received from SHO P.S Daulatpur. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open Court. The instant application is hereby allowed. Let the mobile in question be restored to the applicant on Superdari subject to furnishing his own PR bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) each. The SHO P.S. Daulatpur is directed to hand over the above said mobile phone to the applicant after proper verification. Needless to mention here that the applicant shall not sale or change the complexity or colour of mobile phone in question and produce the same at the time of trial before this Court. Applicant furnished P.R bond in the sum of Rs:20,000/- Office is directed to issue letter to SHO P.S Daulatpur for restore/release the mobile phone to applicant after proper verification and identification. |
