B.A called. Counsel for applicant/accused Mr. Ashique Ali Soomro and ADPP for the State are present. Heard and order passed and announced in open court. The bail of accused Muhamamd Qasim is hereby granted in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand only), with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Today surety Muhammad Yousif has appeared and submitted affidavit a/w original saving certificates of Rs.10,000/-each Totol amounting to Rs.30,000/- only, for standing surety of accused Muhammad Ishaque Order passed on affidavit. ON SA before me surety accepted, subject to verification. Office to issue release writ accordingly.The matter is already fixed on.02/09/2026, for final report. |
