Misc. application called. Applicant is present with his counsel. Learned ADPP for the state is also present. Reports from concerned PS and Excise has already been received, same were kept on record. The learned counsel has submitted statement with cliping of news paper daily Ibrat publication upon real owner but non is appeared on behalf of them for raising the objections. Arguments heard. The instant application is hereby allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety of one Lac rupees with P.R bond equal to the value/price of vehicle to the satisfaction of the court. The applicant is directed not to sell or dispose of the said vehicle till the expiry of six months from this order and he will produce the same whenever required by the court during the said period. |
