During the course of arguments from the side of learned counsel for complainant, he submitted statement along with certified true copy of judgment dated 11.12.2017, passed by this Court in Sessions case No.22/2017, u/s 365-B PPC of PS Karan Sharif and then he submitted that one of the defense of accused in their statements recorded under section 342 Cr.PC was that the deceased tress passed the house of one Saeed Ahmed Bhayo with intent to commit Zina and such FIR was lodged by Saeed Ahmed against deceased but on perusal of such judgment it shows that said Saeed Ahmed had not implicated any accused in the commission of aforesaid offences, which is seen and placed on the record of case file. At this stage, learned counsel for accused objected for filling of such statement at this stage because said copy should have been submitted by the complainant party at that stage.
