Deponent Zahid Hussain son of Illahi Bux Jumani resident of House No.A-147 Muhalla Khanpur town Ubauro appeared and he has submitted an affidavit along with CTC of deh from VII-B and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs:3,00,000 (three lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted provisionally subject to report. Mr Shoukat Ali Daudpoto advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of above named accused persons, which is taken on record. Necessary documents in compliance of provision 265-C Cr.P.C supplied to the accused persons against receipt which is taken on record (Exh.1). Put off to 12.10.2026 for charge.
