R & Ps of instant case received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. The matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Accused Seendhal and Khabar Khan are present on bail. Mr.Gahi Khan Bangwar, learned ADPP for the State is present. Mr.Saeed Ahmed B.Bijarani, learned advocate for accused is present. No PW is present. However, legal heirs of the deceased namely Sallam (the husband of deceased), Mst.Haseena Khatoon (the mother of deceased) and Ghulam Hussain (the brother of deceased) are also present in the Court.
