Case called. accused Allah Wasayo yet not surrender him before this court though he was directed by High Court to surrender before trail court. since he is not on bail therfore his arrest warrant be issued. While accused Sajawal lakho and Sameer Lakho are present on bail. While accused Riaz Langha, Sulleman Langha and Sultan Langha are present on custody produced by J/A from District Jail SBA. Accused Allah Wadhiyo is absconder shown on charge sheet. ADPP for the state is present. Process return unserved. PUt off to 29.11.2025 for formal. Present accused are directed to attend. Accused Riaz Langha, Sulleman Langha and Sultan Langha are remanded back to custody along with P.O Slip. Issue NBW against absconder accused person namely Allah Wadiyo Lakho and also issued NBW against accused Allah Wasayo through concerned SHO. |
