Accused Ali Akbar is convicated under 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under Section 9 (1) 3 (d) of CNS Act Control of Narcotics Substances Act, as 1997 as amended 2022 and is sentenced to suffer RI for 15 years and to pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/-only (Rupees one hundred Thousand Only). In default thereof, he shall suffer S.I for 06 months more. Accused is also extended benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period already remained in custody in this case since his arrest. Certified True Copy of Judgement is supplied to accused free of cost vide receipt at Ex.15. Accused Ali Akbar is remanded back to concerned Prison to serve out his sentences awared by this Court along with conviction slip and Warrant. Criminal Clerk of this Court is directed to consign the R & Ps to the Record Room Sessions Court, immeidately. |
