Case called. Accused Farhan, Kamran and Asghar are on bail. ADPP for the state is present. Copies supplied to accused at Exh.1, they filed an application for waiver of time for framing charge as Exh.2, order passed thereon, allowed. Charge framed at Exh.3 and plea recorded at Exh.3/A to Ex. 03/C. Process returned, PWs namely ASI M. Taqi, PC Farooq and W/ASI Yasir are present and recorded their evidences at Exh.4 to Ex.6 respectively, ADPP for the state closed the side of prosecution by filing statement at Exh.7.
