Case called. Accused Rabail, Asad and Shah Nawaz are present on bail. While accused Gulab Accused Gulab is called absent without intimation which shows that he has misused concession of bail therefore NBW be issued against him and as per ruling reported has Fawad Ali v. the State & others (2019 SCMR 1641) issuance of NBW ipso facto amounts to cancellation of bail of accused, hence in the event of cancellation of bail their sureties stands forfeited. Let the coercive proceedings be initiated. ADPP for the State is present. Put off to 04.11.2025 for service.
