G&W application called. Applicant present, learned counsel for applicant present, opponent present, learned counsel for opponent present. Today the matter is fixed for pre-trial proceedings. The pre-trail proceedings held and succeeded. The learned counsels for both parties submitted joint statement that both the parties have patched up out side the court on the point that they both are agree that on each last feriday of month the opponent will bring the minor and ward in the Court for meeting with opponent. Order on it. Order passed and announced in open Court. In view of above the applicant is directed to produce Baby minor/Ward namely Baby Alishiba before this Court on every last Friday of every month, for meeting purpose, resultantly the G & W application is hereby disposed off as withdrawn with no order as to costs. |
