Since the respondent NO.2 and 3, could not appear before the trial court in order to contest the matter, resultantly they were proceeded ex-parte and they court has issued process against them but their where about is untraceable. The appellate Court have powers for not issuing process further against the respondents, who have proceeded ex-parte before the trial court, therefore there is no need to issue process against them.
