Direct Complaint No. 08/2026 called. The complainant is present along with his witnesses, namely Ali Hassan and Hussain Bux. Their statements under Section 202 Cr.P.C. were recorded and marked as Mark-B and Mark-C, respectively. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant submitted a statement closing the complainant's side of evidence, which was taken on record and marked as Mark-D.
