The post arrest bail application of accused Gulsher is granted in the sum of Rs.20,000/-with PR bond in the like amount. One surety Hakim Ali submitted stood surety along with CDR No. 475189 of Rs.20,000/- on behalf of accused Gulsher. Order on it. Issue release writ of accused Gulsher to Superintendent Central Jail Khairpur. The matter already fixed on. 10.02.2026 for hearing on final challan. |
