Case called. UTP/Accused Parvaiz @ Sadoro is produced in custody from District Prison and Correctional Facility Larkana. Accused Ayaz Hussain and Irshad are present on interim pre arrest bail granted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court larkana. Accused Asif, Dilber and Zubair are shown absconders and not yet arrested. In order to avoid further delay in proceedings the case of present accused, the case of absconding accused is bifurcated. Issue proclamation under section 87 and 88 Cr.P.C against absconding accused through concerned SHO and Mukhtiarkar. The learned ADPP for the state is present. The learned counsel for accused Ayaz and Irshad is present, so also learned D.C for accused Parvaiz is present. Case papers supplied to accused and such receipt obtained at Ex.2. Put off to 19.05.2026 for charge. Accused Pervaiz sent back to custody. Present accused are directed to attend. |
