Instant proceedings have taken birth from Judgment and Decree of F.C Suit No.18/2023, whereby suit land is ordered to be restored to the Decree Holder extent to his share out of property of deceased Abdul Lateef and agreement produced by J.Ds were cancelled. In compliance thereof, writ of possession has been issued and the Bailiff has submitted his report, mentioning that suit property has been restored to the plaintiff as per Decree. The Decree Holder in attendance has also endorsed the submissions qua the Decree has been satisfied in letter and spirit. Accordingly, proceedings in hand are dropped from regular file and disposed of with no order as to costs. |
