Case called. Learned ADPP is present. Accused Bilal and Ubaidullah are present on bail, whereas co-accused Zeeshan and Muhammad Nadeem are absent without any application or prior intimation. Perusal of the record reveals that accused Ubaidullah has remained absent for a considerable period. A separate order has been passed regarding the cancellation of his bail. In view of the above, the bail bonds of accused Ubaidullah, son of Sher Muhammad, are hereby cancelled, and the surety bond furnished on his behalf stands forfeited. Accused Ubaidullah is taken into custody and remanded to Landhi Jail. Let non-bailable warrants of arrest (NBWs) be issued against the absent co-accused Zeeshan and Muhammad Nadeem, along with notices to their respective sureties. The matter is adjourned and fixed on 25.11.2026 for prosecution evidence/formal evidence. |
