The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Rajab Ali Magsi Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Asghar Ali son of Khuda Bakhsh Khaskheli in crime No.38/2025 of PS Sijawal for offence u/s 302, 114, 337-Hii, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 14.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
