Crl bail application called. Leanred counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP on behalf of state is present. Today bail application is fixed for arguments. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court. Instant bail application is allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.20,000/- with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
