Case is called. Accused Hassan is called absent without any application or intimation. Arif is produce in custody through landhi jail physically and accused Amerzi is present. Both submit application for plead guilty and given show cause notice and reply of show cause notice and side closed by ADPP and statement of accused recorded and heard the arguments. Judgment passed in court. Accordingly, I while exercising powers so conferred upon me under section 265-E (ii) Cr.P.C, and by taking lenient view convict both accused persons Arif son of Ayub and Muhammad Amrez son of Hassan Deen for offence u/s 6/9 (i) 3 (a) CNS Amended Act 2022 and sentenced to R.I for the period of Sixteen months and pay fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to accused namely Arif son of Ayub in case of default, he shall suffer 10 days more Simple imprisonment, and sentenced to R.I for the period of Sixteen months and pay fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to accused namely Muhammad Amrez son of Hassan Deen in case of default, he shall suffer 10 days more Simple imprisonment. Both the accused persons are entitle for the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period which they remained in jail custody. Accused Arif son of Ayub produced by jail authority. He remanded back to jail authorities to serve out the above sentence alongwith conviction warrant, whereas accused Muhammad Amreez son of Hassan Deen is present on bail. Per record, he was sent to jail on 21.06.2024 and he was released on bail on 29.10.2025, therefore, he has completed/ already remained in jail for the imprisonment of sixteen months as announced. Therefore, accused Muhammad Amreez son of Hassan Deen is directed to pay fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one Thousand) before the Nazir of this Judicial District, in case of failure he will be taken into custody and will be sent to jail to serve the sentence as awarded to him.????However bail bond of accused Muhammad Amreez stands cancelled and surety discharge. ???????? 12.????????????????????????
