This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thouand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
