Post arrest bail application called. Today the bail application of applicant/accused Sadoro @ Irfan by caste Chandio is fixed for arguments. Learned ADPP for the state and learned DC are present. Police papers received from concerned P.S by the ADPP Office. Notice issued upon Complainant same is returned with endorsement of process server that he has informed to the complainant through mobile phone, but who is called absent. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Sadoro @ Irfan by caste Chandio is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. One Khalid Hussain s/o Naveed Khan by caste Chandio appeared and submitted affidavit alongwith one original Special saving Certificates of Rs.50000/- bearing No.HF-172273 he wants to stand surety for applicant/accused Sadoro @ Irfan by caste Chandio. Mr. Ashique Hussain Samo, Advocate is present and submitted under taking on behalf of surety, which is taken on record. Order on affidavit of surety. On S.A before me. Surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) is accepted provisionally, subject to verification. Issue such release writ for applicant/accused Sadoro @ Irfan by caste Chandio and letter to concerned authority for verification and mortgage the surety document.
