Case called. Accused Asif Solangi is present, while accused Mukhtiar Solangi, Zahid Solangi, Dilbar Solangi, Akhtiar Solangi, Ashique Solangi, Ali Murad Solangi, Ihsan Solangi, Mansoor Solangi, Manthar Solangi, Nisar Solangi, Zakir Solangi, Nadeem Solangi, Oshaque Solangi, Afaque Solangi and Razaque Solangi are absconders, the accused Sabir Solangi and Wazir Ali Solangi expired away. Death report of accused Sabir and Wazir is received from SHO PS Radhan such statement of process server is recorded at Ex:2, he produce copy of report, statements of two respectable persons of locality and death certificate of NADRA at Ex:2/A to 2/D, while report not received from concerned UC/Chairman, call report from concerned UC, issue 87/88 Cr.P.C against the absconders accused. Put off to 21.10.2026 for service. Present accused is directed to attend. |
