Cr. Case called. Accused Basit Ali @ Basit is present on bail. While remaining accused Khamiso and Khalid @ Khalid already declared as POs. The learned ADPP for the State is present. Complainant and P.W Ghulam Abbas are present and examined. Complainant filed an application stating therein that he does not wants to examine his remaining witnesses and if this Honourable Court may acquit the present accused including absconders, hence he has no objection. Order on it. Heard. Judgement passed and announced in open Court that accused Abdul Basit alias Basit is acquitted u/s 245(i) Cr.PC. He is present on bail, his bail bond stands cancelled and surety is discharged. While case against proclaimed offenders also disposed off and they are also acquitted in their absentia. let such information/intimation be sent to concerned SHO with directions to delete their names from absconder's list, under intimation to this court without fail. |
