Record shows that accused persons namely Sahar Aftab daughter of Aftab Ahmed Naich, Salamat Khatoon wife of Mian Sajjad Ali, Mukhtiaran wife of Mashooque Ali are absconders in present case. Record further reflects that police has submitted final report in hasty manner without taking even ordinary efforts to arrest the absconder accused. In such situation, either police officials especially Investigation Officer is reluctant to perform his duties or negligent, he is to be at show cause as to why complaint should not be registered against him in omission of his official duties. Issue N.B.Ws against accused who are already declared as proclaimed offenders, through SSP Ghotki he shall execute the NBWs personally or through police officer not below the rank of DSP and submit report on the next date of hearing.
